Waseela-e-Taleem Program 2023: Recognizing education as a fundamental pillar of society that influences a nation’s progress and prosperity, the Pakistani government launched the Ehsaas Waseela Taleem program. This program, a part of the Ehsaas Kafalat initiative, provides stipends to meritorious children to cover their education expenses. The aim is to facilitate access to higher education, contributing to future financial stability for students.

Kafalat Web Portal for BISP Waseela-e-Taleem Program: To access the Ehsaas Taleem program’s web portal and review eligibility criteria:

  1. Send your CNIC to the 8171 Web Portal.
  2. Visit the official website for the Waseela-e-Taleem program hosted by Ehsaas.
  3. Select the online registration option.
  4. Enter your phone number in the provided field for transmission.
  5. A verification code will be sent to your mobile number for confirmation; input this code in the verification section.
  6. Complete the application form with the required details displayed on the screen.
  7. Submit the form by filling it out and clicking the ‘Submit Application’ button.”

Ehsaas Student Program (Waseela-E-Taleem) Funds for December 2023:

Under the BISP Taleemi Wazaif, primary education expenses amount to 1500 PKR for boys and 2000 PKR for girls every three months. For secondary education, boys receive 2500 PKR, and girls receive 3000 PKR every three months.

In the case of higher secondary education, the costs are 3500 PKR for boys and 4000 PKR for girls every three months. The program also includes biometric verification and provides benefits for mothers.

Ehsaas Student Program Eligibility:

Eligibility criteria for the Ehsaas or BISP Taleemi Wazifa program are as follows:

  1. Active CNIC registration under the BISP Kafalat program for mothers.
  2. Children can easily participate after the mother’s enrollment.
  3. Age ranges: 4-12 years for elementary school, 8-18 years for secondary school, and 13-22 years for higher secondary education.
  4. Belonging to BISP beneficiary families or meeting specific poverty criteria.
  5. Regular attendance at school.
